In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Palerose Co. is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind.

If there is a product manufacturing defects with the item you have purchased, please email us at with supporting imagery so we can determine the next course of action. We will offer to repair or replace it where available. If we cannot repair or replace the style, we will offer an online credit note or refund.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 14 days. All items will be assessed upon the return and deemed faulty by Palerose Co. 

Due to fast turnover of product, we do not offer exchanges. We recommend using your online credit note to purchase an alternative size or product.


Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Palerose Co. has the rights to deny any item/s that aren't returned in their original condition, without the tag attached or smelling of body odour/perfume, marks/stains and it will be returned to the customer. 

Return costs are at your expense, we do not offer free returns. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to process your return. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues.

We aim to process all returns within 2-5 business days of receiving your return. Upon completion an email will be sent to you with your online credit note. During sale periods and public holidays we ask to allow for an extra 1-2 business days for the returns process.

Due to the fast turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that we will have your preferred size/style in stock upon the items return nor can stock be reserved or put aside.

Returns are not available for sale items, or for earrings and necklaces due to health and safety regulations.
